Hi, I know we are advised not to exercise while doing Cohens. However, when I lost 20kg a few years back, my skin was v saggy. I dare not bare my belly or wear fitting clothes though I was slim. Thus this round I thought of adding in exercise so that I can look better and fitter. Anyone tried exercising while on Cohens? Do you feel weak and how do you cope with it? Please help. Thanks!
